Troubleshooting
Device does not switch off
1.
Run through the pressure relief procedure, page 8. Leave the suction valve open and set the ON/OFF switch to OFF.
2.
Remove the cover of the control unit so that the control board status light can be viewed (if present).

Troubleshooting procedure

Connect an analogue manometer between
the device and the material hose; start up
the device. Does the device switch off at
max. pressure?
yes
Disconnect the pressure sensor from the
control board. Does the motor stop run-
ning?
yes
Faulty pressure sensor. Replace and test
with a new sensor.
Check fittings for leaks. See Troubleshoo-
no ting paint stage
no
Replace control board.
