Commissioning

1.
Turn pressure control to
lowest pressure.

Hold the spray gun against
an earthed flushing pail.
Activate the trigger and
turn the pressure regulator
clockwise through a half
rotation.

Turn power ON.

Make sure the screw con-
nections are tight. Do not
try to seal leaks with your
hand or a cloth. If leaks
occur, relieve the pressure
immediately. Tighten the
screw connections firmly.
Run through steps 1 - 5 of
the commissioning proce-
dure. If there are no leaks,
proceed to step 6.

Increase the pressure by
half to start the motor and
allow the fluid to circulate
through the drain tube for
15 seconds; then decrease
the pressure again.

Place siphon tube in paint
container.

Turn prime valve up to
SPRAY position. Take
spray gun trigger safety
OFF.
8.
Trigger gun again into
flushing container until
paint appears. Move gun
to paint container and trig-
ger for 20 seconds. Acti-
vate safety (ON). Assem-
ble nozzle and guard, see
instructions on next page.
