Display SPRAYER
OPERATION
No Display Sprayer stops. Power is not
applied. Sprayer may be
pressurised.
e.g. 210 bar Sprayer
Power is applied. (Pressure
varies with nozzle size and
pressure control setting.)
E = 02 Sprayer may continue to
run. Power is applied.
E = 03 Sprayer stops. Power is
applied.
E = 04 Sprayer stops. Power is
applied.
E = 05 Sprayer does not start or
stops. Power is applied.
E = 06 Sprayer stops. Power is
applied.

Loss of power
is pressurised. Normal operation
Pressure greater than 310
bar or pressure transducer is
defective
Pressure transducer defec-
tive, bad connection or bro-
ken wire.
Line voltage too high
Motor fault
Motor is too hot
Pressure less than 14 bar

Remedy
Check power source. Relie-
ve pressure before repair or
disassembly.
Spray
Replace pressure control
board or pressure transdu-
cer.
Check transducer connec-
tion. Open drain valve.
Substitute new transducer
for transducer in sprayer. If
sprayer runs, replace trans-
ducer.
Check for voltage supply
problem
Check for locked rotor,
shorted wiring or discon-
nected motor. Repair or
replace failed parts.
Allow sprayer to cool. If
sprayer runs correctly when
cool, check motor fan func-
tion and air flow. Keep
sprayer in cool location. If
sprayer does not run when
cool and continues to blink
6 times, replace motor.
Increase pressure if desired.
Drain valve may be open.
