LED flashes ... SPRAYER
OPERATION
Once Sprayer runs
Two times repea- Sprayer shuts down and
tedly LED continues to blink two
times repeatedly.
Three times repea- Sprayer shuts down and
tedly LED continues to blink tree
times repeatedly.
Four times repea- Sprayer shuts down and
tedly LED continues to blink four
times repeatedly
Five times repea- Sprayer does not start or
tedly shuts down and LED con-
tinues to blink five times
repeatedly.
Six times repea- Sprayer shuts down and
tedly LED blinks six times repea-
tedly
... indicates
Normal operation
Discharge pressure. Pres-
sure greater than 310 bar
(4500 psi, 31 MPa) or
damaged pressure sensor.
Pressure sensor defective or
missing.
Line voltage too high
Motor fault
Motor is too hot or there is
a fault in the motor thermal
device

Remedy
Replace motor control board
or pressure sensor.
Check the connection. Open
the drain valve. Install a
new sensor in place of the
sensor in the sprayer. If the
sprayer runs, replace the
sensor.
Check for voltage supply
problems.
Check for locked rotor,
shorted wiring or discon-
nected motor. Repair or
replace failed parts.
Allow sprayer to cool. If
sprayer runs correctly when
cool, check motor fan func-
tion and air flow. Keep
sprayer in cool location. If
sprayer does not run when
cool and continues to blink
6 times, replace motor.
