Setting the locking mechanism
2-leaf door
• Push both lock sections to the centre.
• Set upper and lower lock bolts in line with the locking ele-
ments (610/611).
NOTE:
- Vertical adjustment: Loosen hexagonal nut (026)
on the lock bolt.
- Horizontal adjustment: Loosen two hexagonal
nuts (027) and move the bolt bracket (670) as
required.
• Check even locking from the inside.

Installing stop rail for lateral sealing
• Close the door fully and let the locking mechanism snap in
if necesssary.
• Measure the distance from the edge of the wall to the stop
rail of the vertical brush from the outside.
• Push the door fully open and fasten the stop rail with the
measured dimension minus 5 mm as a spacing dimension.
NOTE:
Let the stop rail stand on the ground, overlap the
profiles in the middle until the overhang at the lin-
tel reaches up to the lintel sealing.
Use fastening screws with flat heads as far as
possible.
• Clamp corner sealing (202) at the bottom between the wall
and the stop rail (320) and push right down.
• Adjust the lower and upper corner sealing (202). Shorten
the appropriate fibre bundles with a pair of scissors so
that the sections only touch lightly and are not bent over
completely.

Cutting and installing the door
skin
CAUTION:
When cutting and fixing the door skin,
always keep the correct distance as in fig. 36 or
the angle as in fig. 37 (= finger protection when
closing the door).
ATTENTION:
- Maximum skin thickness (depending on the
order) up to 20 mm or 21 – 30 mm.
- Door section must lie flat when screwing on the
skin.
• Cut door skin according to figures 35 to 37.
• Angle the skin at the side ends respectively by 30° (fig.
37) or leave a distance of 16 mm between the ends (fig.
36).
• Fasten the door skin horizontally to the aluminium end pro-
files as shown in fig. 35 (=vertical section).
• Fasten the door skin to the aluminium lateral profiles as
shown in fig. 36 and 37 (= horizontal section).

Floor Pavement Connection with
Drains (only U-profile ground runner)
NOTE: Drains must be incorporated when apply-
ing the floor pavement.
• Incorporate channels at the height of the recesses in the
ground runner.
NOTE: The upper edge of the floor pavement at
the outside should be approx. 10 mm below the
upper edge of the ground runner.
• Clean ground runner and channels from dirt.
ATTENTION: When installing the flooring ensure
that the ground runner is completely filled (with no
air inclusions).
