U-profile ground runner
• Fastening the guide rollers (151).
• Position the lock section with the guide rollers into the
ground runner and secure against falling over.
• Hang in and fasten the running gears (615).
NOTE:
- Fasten the running gear to the locking element
(601) by external screw on the tandem holder
(625) through the middle hole.
- Set a gap of 5 mm between the bottom edge of
the lintel runner and the top edge of the door.

Aligning the ground runner
• Move the lock section into the 3 positions shown in fig. 23
and align carefully perpendicularly by moving the ground
runner.
NOTE:
The lower brush guides or guide rollers must
hover as freely as possible in the centre of the
ground runner profiles in the straight and curve
sections and may never scrape or roll along the
profile walls under tension.
U-profile ground runner
• Prop up the ground runner after aligning so that it is uni-
formly approx. 10 mm from the ground.
• Align the ground runner again horizontally and fasten with
a peg.

Installing the door sections
Renovation ground runner
• Thread the brush guides into the ground runner.
• Install the sections and insert the pins of the brush guides
(149) into the seats of the tandem holder (625) when set-
ting down on the ground runner.
U-profile ground runner
• Install guide roller (151) in tandem holder (625).
• Hang in and fasten the running gear (615).
• Line up the hinge bracket (620) and tandem holder (625),
knock in hinge pins (635).
NOTE:
- Grease hinge pins and eyes.
- Distance from lintel runner at top = 5 mm.
- Fasten last running gear through outer hole.
lower and centre row of hinges
• Snap bottom part of hinge cover (650) onto tandem holder
and top part of hinge cover (640) onto hinge bracket (620)
and hinge pin (635).

Installing end section pulleys
Install end section pulleys situation-dependently according to
conditions.
Situation A: without curve (fig. 25) and
Situation B: single curve (fig. 26)
• Fasten to running gear (615) with screw (031).

Situation C: Single curve with hinge console
(fig. 27/28)
• Fasten hinge consoles (137/138) to the door end section.
With renovation ground runner (fig. 27):
• Loosely pre-assemble guide seat (136) and lower hinge
console.
• When installing the section, thread the bolt (149) of the
brush guide through the long hole of the hinge console
and the holes in the guide seat.
With U-profile ground runner (fig. 28):
• Install guide roller (155) loosely.
• Fasten running gear (615) loosely through outer hole.
• Install door end section and close the door.
• Align door end section, set running gear and brush guide
seat or guide roller in the long hole and screw tight.
Situation D: Double curve (fig. 29/30)
• Fix pulley on spring bearing (617/618) for upper double
curve to the end section.
With renovation ground runner (29):
• Insert guide for end section (134/135) into the end of the
curve casing (132/133) as far as it goes and fasten with
peg.
• Fasten guide claw (180) to bottom of end section.
With U-profile ground runner (30):
• Fasten guide roller (170/171) for lower double curve to
door leaf.

Installing the upper hinge cover
• Join the top part of the hinge cover (640) and the lateral
cover (660).
• Fit the hinge covers in the same way as for the lower row
of hinges.

Setting the locking mechanism
1-leaf door
• Push the lock section to the vertical door case.
Renovation ground runner
• Set upper lock bolt and lower lock catch (311) in line with
the locking elements (610/611).
NOTE:
Top:
- Vertical adjustment:
Loosen 2 screw connections (027).
- Horizontal adjustment:
Loosen hexagonal nut (026) on the lock bolt.
Bottom: Vertical adjustment:
Loosen screw connection for lock catch (311).
U-profile ground runner
• Set upper and lower lock bolts in line with the locking ele-
ments (610/611).
NOTE:
- Vertical adjustment:
Loosen 2 screw connections (027).
- Horizontal adjustment: Loosen hexagonal nut
(026) on the lock bolt.
