NOTE: Observe the different fastening methods:
- Fastening to the lateral wall (fig. 11.1).
- Attachment at the lintel with seat for lintel seal-
ing (ill. 11.2).
- Attachment at the ceiling (ill 11.3).

Fastening the upper runners
• Screw the lintel runner curve (510) to the runner brackets
(520). Set the distance from the lateral wall and the lintel
according to the following table.

NOTE:
In the lateral wall area the saucer head screw
(030) can be inserted from top to bottom.
• Install the runners in the lintel and lateral wall area starting
with the curves.
NOTE:
For doors which open straight (without curve), installati-
on must begin on the vertical door case
• Fix the lintel runner (510) (fig. 12).
• Reinforce runner joints with clips (525).
• Install the lintel runner extension (500, fig. 14) in the lateral
wall area (as in fig. 12).
• Set distance from wall "A" and align lintel runners in line.
Use the assembly adapter (50) to set the distance from the
wall (fig. 16).
• Tighten all clip screw connections (030, 026).
• Set the lintel runner to the "ZLH" (door case clearance)
dimension according to the enclosed table and carefully
align horizontally.
• Set the "ZLH" (door case clearance) dimensions for the
2-leaf door with the auxiliary brace. To do this, place the
auxiliary brace with the notches provided between the lin-
tel runner and the ground runner (fig. 16).
• Tighten the lintel runner fastening screws to the lintel and
lateral wall.
• Tighten the screw connection of the upper link (525) to the
vertical door case (301) (fig. 14).
NOTE: The runner brackets can be fastened
additionally by the ø 8.5 bore holes.

Installing the lintel sealing
• Extend and screw support rails (340) using the adapter
plate (345).
• Install the corner sealing (202) on the support rail on the
curve side.

• Insert support rail into the seats (570).
• Cut into the lintel sealing and bend over the lugs (570A).

Installing the stop buffer, door stopper
• Snap in the rubber buffer on the correct side.
• Fasten the stop buffer to the end of the lintel runner (fig. 18).
2-leaf doors:
• Install the door stopper (550) at the joint between the two
door halves.

• Thread brush (201) onto the underside of the door, push

as far as it goes or up to the end of the seat profile and
cut off to the right length. Overhang over the seat profiles
approx. 5 mm

• Then pinch both ends of the seat profile sufficiently to pre-
vent slipping of the brush.

• Cut the brush to the required length according to the
respective section, add an allowance of approx. 1 cm if in
doubt.
• Thread into the plastic cover from the inside to the outside
as shown in fig. 20.1.
• Lift the plastic cover slightly and pull the brush through to
the opposite end.
• Push the brush through into the seat as far as it goes in the
direction of the section centre, cut off overhanging brush if
necessary; the cover must snap back on.

Installing the intervention guard
NOTE:
The lengths of the intervention guard profiles (210)
depend on the section type (lock, middle or end
section).
• Clean the insides of the cross connection profiles (remove
grease).
• Assign the intervention guard profiles based on length.
• Pull off protective backing strips.
• Stick and firmly press down the intervention guard profiles
flush with the bottom edge of the cross connection profiles
with the specified lateral distances.

Installing the lock section
• Remove the lock section (601) as a setup aid from the pallet.
Renovation ground runner
• Thread the brush guides into the ground runner.
• Install the lock section and insert the pins of the brush gui-
des (149) into the seats of the locking element (610/611)
and tandem holder (625) when setting down on the ground
runner.
