kehrter Reihenfolge wieder montieren.

Loctite montieren.

3.11 Innenteil demontieren und
montieren
Innenteil ausbauen (gemäß Abschnitt 3.10).
Schrauben mit Scheiben herausschrauben und
Lagerdeckel (7/89) und Lagerstück (7/80) mit
O-Ringen (7/81) abnehmen.
Zentrierstifte herausnehmen.
Rotor (7/88) mit Schiebern (7/87) aus dem
Innenteil herausziehen.
Schieber aus dem Rotor herausziehen.
Wellen-Dichtring (7/79) aus dem Lagerstück
entnehmen.
Das Innenteil in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
zusammenbauen. Dabei die richtige Lage der
Schieber beachten.
Das Innenteil ist am bequemsten zu montieren,
wenn Sie den Auspuffkasten auf seine
Außenseite legen, und das Innenteil mit dem
Auspuff nach unten auf den Auspuffkasten legen.

Remove the key (7/86).
Install the new or the repaired pump module in the
reverse sequence.
Spielraum Adjust the coupling on the motor shaft so that there
zwischen is a gap between the motor-side of the radial-
bladed fan and the inside wall of the coupling
(darunter housing. Then adjust the pump coupling so that
there is a gap between the coupling halves. The
correct gaps are listed below :

Secure the coupling setscrews with Loctite.
Warning
Depending on the process involved,

from the pump and oil. Take the appropriate
precautions.

3.11 Disassembling and Reassem-
bling the Pump Module
Remove the pump module (see Section 3.10).
Remove the screws with washers and take off
the rear end plate (7/89) and front end plate
(7/80) with O-rings (7/81).
Take out the centering pins.
Pull the rotor (7/88) with vanes (7/87) out of
the pump module.
Pull the vanes out of the rotor.
Take the radial shaft seal (7/79) out of the front
end plate.
Reassemble the pump module in the reverse
sequence. Make sure that the vanes are
correctly positioned.
To reassemble the pump module, place the
exhaust box on its side and put the pump
module on the exhaust box, with its exhaust
downward.
Warning
Depending on the process involved,

precautions.

Note
In case of necessity to replace bearing plates,
it will be necessary to adjust locating pins.
Please call LEYBOLD (operating instructions
on request).

Remonter l'ensemble générateur neuf ou
réparé dans l'ordre inverse.

Les vis de positionnement des 1/2 accouple-
ments devront être montées au Loctite, frein
filet normal.

Attention
Respecter les consignes en matière de
protection de l'environnement lors de la
décharge de l'huile usagée !
Prudence
Ne jamais réutiliser des joints démontés;
toujours monter des joints neufs.
3.11 Démontage et remontage du
générateur de vide
Démonter le générateur (selon point 3.10)
Dévisser les vis avec les rondelles et retirer le
flasque avant (7/89) et flasque arrière (7/80)
avec les joints toriques (7/81).
Retirer le rotor (7/88) avec les palettes (7/87)
du stator (7/83).
Retirer les palettes du rotor.
Enlever le joint à lèvres (7/79) du flasque
arrière
Remonter le générateur dans l'ordre inverse.
Veiller au sens correct des palettes.
Il est plus pratique de monter le générateur en
posant le carter d'huile sur son côté extérieur
et en posant le générateur avec l'échap-
pement vers le bas sur le carter d'huile.

dangereuses peuvent émaner de la
pompe ou de l'huile. Prendre les mesures de
sécurité qui s'imposent !

Respecter les consignes en matière de protection de

Remarque
En cas de remplacement nécessaire des
flasques, il conviendra d'effectuer un piètage.
