A precondition is that the fittings and components are actually
equipped with these bar code elements.
"Print Additional Data on" means that the additional data saved in the
welding report in system memory will also be printed, "off," that they
won't be printed.
"Set Clock M " means that by pressing the MENU key, the user can
access a sub-menu for setting the clock.
"Select Language M " means that by pressing the MENU key, the
user can access a sub-menu for selecting the display and print
language.
"Adjust Volume M " means that by pressing the MENU key, the user can
access a sub-menu for setting the volume of the buzzer.
10.2 Setting the Clock
When the "Set Clock" sub-menu was selected, the screen changes to
the display reproduced in Display 19.
The time of day and the date can be set using the keypad. The portions
"Hour," "Minute," "Day," "Month," and "Year" are set separately. Press the
START key to confirm your settings.
10.3 Selecting the Display Language
When the "Select Language" sub-menu was selected, the screen changes
to the display reproduced in Display 20.
Use the arrow keys and to select one of the options, "Deutsch,"
"English," "Français," "Español," and "Dansk" and confirm your selection
by pressing the START key.
10.4 Setting the Buzzer Volume
When the "Set Volume" sub-menu was selected, the screen changes
to the display reproduced in Display 21. The buzzer can also be heard.
Turn the buzzer volume up or down to the desired value using the ,
arrow keys (from 0 to 70) and confirm your setting by pressing the
START key.

Self-Monitoring Functions Overview
11.1 Errors During Data Input
11.1.1 Code Error
Erroneous input, poor code tag, error in code symbology or improper
code reading.
11.1.2 No Contact
There is no properly established electric contact between the welding
unit and the fitting (check connection terminal pushed on fitting), or the
heater coil is defective.
