MONITORED EYES/EDGE CONFIGURATION
If monitored entrapment protection devices are wired to the system during the initial power-up, they will be Auto-
Learned to the system, and monitoring in the CLOSE direction and the operating mode will automatically switch to B2.
NOTE: The PHOTO EYE, LIGHT CUTAIN, RESISTIVE EDGE direction can be changed through menu option MONT EYES/
EDGE --> EYE/ EDGE # --> (select installed device)" --> DIR.
CAUTION: IF THE EYE/EDGE DIRECTION was configured to OPEN. And at any point selecting the "LEARN ALL" option
will relearn the device and revert the direction to CLOSE. Ensure to double check the EYE/ EDGE desired direction after
each "LEARN ALL" by selecting MONT EYES/ EDGES -->(select installed device)" --> DIR
If no monitored sensor is attached, the system will default to C2 mode. To manually program an entrapment protection
device, navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS > MONITORED EYES/EDGES submenu, otherwise it will Auto-Learn the
monitored device.

BATTERY OPTIONS
If Battery Backup (BBU) is connected, please note the default behavior in the event of AC power failure and low battery
modes:
- For Firmware versions prior to 1.13:
AC Failure - Automatic door close (DOOR CLOSE)
Low Battery - Automatic door close and hold (DOOR CLOSE&HOLD)
- For Firmware versions 1.13 and newer:
AC Failure - No automatic door movement (BATTERY RUN)
Low Battery - No automatic door movement (BATTERY RUN)
To change the operator behavior with battery options, navigate to SYSTEM SETTINGS > BATTERY OPTIONS
