4.4.7. Relays

The 8035 Batch controller provides 2 relays:
- Relay 1 controls the opening of the main valve (high flow rate). A delay before activation
may be selected and the operating polarity may be inverted; the user also has the facility of
setting the percentage of the selected volume to be delivered through the main valve (high
flow rate). This implies that the Relay 2 controls an auxiliary valve (low flow rate) in order to
provide the remainder of the entire selected volume.
- Relay 2 can be configured for three different functions: Alarm, End of the dosing and Con-
trol of an auxiliary valve. In each configuration the operating polarity can be inverted.
