Error messages
Cylinder at the end stop (fully retracted/extended)
Event:
Extension stops; error message appears on screen
Audio signal:
Acoustic signal 3x short
Corrective measures (options):
Check the area: is the site unusually steep? If so, move your vehicle
and repeat the process on flatter ground.
Alternatively:
Have you used the vehicle in semi-automatic mode or manual mode,
and have you performed several position corrections? If so, retract
all supports and perform the levelling process in automatic mode. It
will move into the first, lowest levelled position.
Alternatively:
Check the ground clearance for the vehicle: Have the wheels been
lifted off the ground? How much clearance can you measure between
the bottom edge of the frame and the ground?
Fully retract the cylinders and measure the existing ground clea-
rance. This should be between 160 and 180 mm. Cylinders that
have been incorrectly mounted limit the existing active lift. If the real
ground clearance deviates from this, contact your installation partner.
Faulty radio link between the manual operating device and mainboard
Event:
Error message appears on the screen; the system cannot be used
Audio signal:
Acoustic signal
Corrective measures (options):
Re-start the manual operating device; this will re-establish the radio
link.
Alternatively:
Click the manual operating device into the wall bracket to establish
a direct connection to the mainboard via a wire.
Alternatively:
Check whether the levelling system can be operated using emerg-
ency control buttons on the wall bracket.
Contact your installation partner.
