Limited warranty
Please read this document and familiarise yourself with the content. E&P Hydraulics will not be liable
for any direct or indirect damage or consequential damage resulting from misuse of the product or
failure to comply with the content of this document.
E&P Hydraulics reserves the right to change parts of the product and make changes to the product
and document without it being necessary to inform any party, including the end user.
E&P Hydraulics offers a 2-year warranty for LevelM Pro system material.
The LevelM Pro system is supplied with a registration number indicated on the product. Make sure
that this number always remains legible. This registration number will be required if the product needs
to be maintained.
The manufacturer's warranty is only valid if the product has been bought from a retailer authorised
by E&P Hydraulics.
The warranty shall cease to be effective if the product or its components are set up, modified, main-
tained or repaired by a retailer or fitter who has not been authorised E&P Hydraulics.
It is only possible to call upon the limited factory warranty provided by the manufacturer if an official
retailer or fitter for E&P Hydraulics detects a material and/or manufacturing defect within the warranty
period, and the warranty is called upon within two weeks after the defect has been detected.
No repair nor refurbishment work may be initiated before the claims made under warranty have been
transferred and the planned repair work has been approved by E&P Hydraulics.
A claim made under warranty must be directed to E&P Hydraulics immediately after the problem has
been detected. Failure to do so may result in E&P Hydraulics rejecting the claim under warranty,
especially if the delay in reporting the problem could cause it to worsen; this decision is at the sole
discretion of E&P Hydraulics.
E&P Hydraulics shall not be liable for any form of physical, financial or direct damage or consequential
damage caused by the product (or parts thereof), unless the damage relates to the product itself, as
provided for in Directive 85/374/EEC.
Excluded are (parts of) products used for commercial purposes, that are on sale or in stock, or sold
with defects, and/or products whose identifying E&P Hydraulics markings have been deleted, removed
or made illegible.
