MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
Regular visual and function checks as well as cleaning help to counteract natural wear.
The following parts should be checked for cleanliness, wear, corrosion, oil leakage, damage and secure
fitting:
Cylinder working surfaces and seals
Connection components
Assemblies and hose fittings
Supports and support plates
Screws, hoses and cables
Tank bleeder
Unit covers
Check the age of the hoses / maximum usage time: 6 years from installation
The levelling support system should not be exposed to a direct water jet, e.g. high-pressure cleaner.
Oil change
It is recommended to change the oil every 2 years. Only have the oil changed by authorised E&P service
partners.
Lubrication
Regularly lubricate the cylinder running surfaces, every time after cleaning using adhesive lubricant(e.g.
with HHS 2000 from Würth).

Soapy water
Commercially available tenside cleaning agent
SERVICE
Repair work
Repair and maintenance work may only be carried out by E&P service centres or authorised
specialist workshops.
A region-wide network of E&P service centres is available to our customers for repairs.

Spare parts are safety parts!
For the use of spare parts in our products, we recommend the use of original E&P parts, or parts that
we have expressly approved for installation.
If other spare parts are used, this will result in any claims under warranty becoming null and void,
unless you can prove that doing so has not caused the defect or damage.
For the clear identification of spare parts, our service centres require the spare part identification
number (ETI).
