Emergency operation
Emergency operation enables the supports to be retracted manually via a hand pump if an electrical
defect is present or the battery voltage is too low.
IMPORTANT! If the supports are not fully retracted, do not move your motorhome. Only use the system
again after repairing the defect or increasing the battery voltage.
Procedure for emergency operation
Risk of injury
Pump can be unstable and pump handle can rebound.
Never attach an extension to the pump handle.
Keep a sufficient distance away from the pump handle.
1. Insert the metal rod into the holder of the hand
pump.
2. Perform slow and steady pump strokes. Stroke
duration: 2-3 seconds.
3. To reduce the effort required to use the handle
at high pressure, opt for short strokes. The lar-
gest pumping effect is achieved in the last 5° of
a stroke.
4. Remove the metal rod from the hand pump if
the supports are fully retracted.
