OVEN CLEANING
The oven must be cleaned with apposite
products available in commerce, to make
this operation easier you can remove the
oven door. To make this you have to open
the oven door and raise the tongues located
on the door's hinges. Now, you can unhook

CHIMNEY CLEANING
The cleaning of the chimney must be done
by experienced technicians at least every six
months of normal use of the cooker. Any-
way, cleaning must be done every time it
becomes necessary according to the use or
to the combustible used. We recommend
to follow strictly all the local laws dealing
about chimney cleaning.
All the parts of the chimney must be
the door from the cooker closing it softly
and lifting the lower part of the door. To
hook again the door to the cooker, make
the same operations reversed. Also the grids
on the sides could be removed to make the
cleaning more simple.
