In T Basic Series, a further inspection opening al-
lows to make a better cleaning of the fume circuit.
To do this, remove the inserted dashboard and un-
screw 4 screws on the door. Once cleaned, it must

CHIMNEY CLEANING
The cleaning of the chimney must be done by ex-
perienced technicians at least every six months of
normal use of the thermostove.
Anyway, cleaning must be done every time it be-
comes necessary according to the use or to the
be closed tightly so as not to compromise the draft
of the chimney.
In T Chef Series, to allow the removal of combus-
tion deposits below the oven, you have to remove a
mobile panel: to do this, open completely the oven
door, remove the panel, remove the deposits using
the scraper and then close the door, paying atten-
tion to not damage the gasket (see picture 30).
Once the cleaning process has finished, repeat the
same operations in opposite way.
