represents the standard opening in which you
can insert the pipe for the connection.

FIRE DOOR COOLING AIR
Inside the fire door there is a small air flow
that allows a better cooling of the fire door
itself. In this case, the air is always taken
from the room of installation. In case of in-
stallations with air intake directly connected
to the cooker, we suggest to close this air
flow through the regulator that is placed on
and under the fire door. The flow is open if
the regulator is in the position (+) and it is
closed if the regulator is in the position (-).
Usually this setting is done once during the
installation and then it is not modified dur-
ing the use.
