USING THE HOT AIR + STEAM MODE
Hot Air + Steam Mode Setting
1 Fill the water tank up to the maximum
line and place it back. Then place your
food into the cooking cavity.
3 If desired, adjust the cook time,
delayed start time or the temperature
(if available). See page 15.
Skip Preheating
If you start cooking in the Hot Air + Steam Mode, you will see 'Preheating' in the display.
You can skip the preheating by pressing Next/Start and then turn the Multi-function Selector
to choose 'No'. Press Next/Start again to confi rm. The combi steam oven will now skip the
preheating ('preheating' will dissappear in the display).

2 Turn the Mode Selector to Steam
combi mode position. Turn the Multi
function Selector to set the steam level
high, mid or low.
4 Press Next/Start. The combi steam
oven will start.
