16 Press the right upper corner until the strap snaps back into position.
17 After exchange of the sample tubing, the system must be taught to this specific tubing in order to correctly
set the tube volume and flow rate. This process is automated and ensures correct cell counts. Start the
Express Mode VolumeCalibration to start the process. The calibration takes ~ 48 min. Repeat once a
month. Refer to Volume calibration on page 64.
18 The sample tubing is subject to wear, which could affect the tube volume and thereby the correct cell
count. In order to renew the teaching process, the Express Mode TubeLengthCalibration should be run
once a week and will take ~12min. Refer to Tube length calibration on page 65.
If a volume calibration is run, it is not necessary to run the Tube Length Calibration additionally.
