7 Tighten the knurled screw.
8 Insert the needle back into the slide in the z-axis. Do not bend the needle.
9 Snap the needle holder back into the needle arm.
10 As the needle has been removed from the needle arm, its position might have been changed. Check the
position and recalibrate if necessary. Mount the appropriate rack and refer to Exchange the sample
tubing below.

Exchange the sample tubing
Exchange of the sample tubing is part of the bi-annual maintenance. If the instrument is not serviced exchange
the sample tubing every 6 month.

1 Switch off the instrument. Ensure that the needle is retracted completely (in the needle arm).
2 Open the front door.
