After the defined time you go into cooking over mode. To exit the
cooking end setting, position the selector knob [S] to 0. If no cooking
time is selected the oven stays in indefinite manual operation mode.
Automatic operation
Turn the oven on by turning the selector [S]. Press the adjustment
knob 3 times, the display shows ON for 2 seconds. Set by turning the
adjustment knob to the cooking start time that is displayed by the
dial hands. At the same time, during this phase, the display shows
the time interval from start of cooking. To confirm the set value press
the adjustment knob. The display shows DUR for 2 seconds. Set
the cooking time on the display by turning the adjustment knob (the
maximum cooking time accepted is 10 hours).
The cooking time setting is also shown by the hands of the dial where
the end of cooking time is indicated. To confirm the set value press the
adjustment knob (the dial's hands will revert to the current time, and the
display will show AUTO).
Having reached the start of cooking time the oven will work until
the specified time. It is always possible to select a cooking function
from those available. The oven suggests a preset temperature. The
temperature may be altered.
Having reached the specified time, you enter cooking over mode. To exit
the cooking end setting, position the selector knob [S] to 0.
Cooking over mode
At the end of the timed cooking, all loads are switched off, an intermittent
buzzer sounds, END appears on the display. To unlock the oven, simply
turn the adjustment knob. The buzzer ends, and the oven is ready to
receive new commands: select a new cooking function, or turn it off
definitively by positioning the selector knob [S] to 0.
