Frequency setting knob
This knob is used to set minimum frequency cycles to be-
tween 6 and 40 c/min.

These two controls allow selected parameters to be in-
creased or decreased after making a selection with the menu

Changes to settings are only taken into account after the
VALID button
Screen highlight button "
This button allows highlighting of the screen
visibility of information when using the equipment at night or
in low light levels. Each time the button is pressed the high-
light remains on (for 30 seconds if running on batteries; until
the next time the button is pressed if running off the mains).
If battery charge is low this facility will not be available.

This button validates changed ventilation parameter values.

(Frequency and I/E ratio)
This key is used to display the various monitored parameters. The parame-
ters displayed by default are:
• Minute volume expired by the patient (MV, in L/min);
• Respiratory rate of the patient (F in bpm).
If you press this key the following elements will be displayed in turn:
1st press
• The measured I/E ratio;
• The expired tidal volume (VTe, mL)
2nd press
• The peak expiratory flow rate (Flow.E, L/min)

Oxygen supply
Foolproofed connector according to the national regulations
in force: From 280 kPa (2.8 bar) to 600 kPa (6 bar).
Patient circuit connection
Output cone standardized to ISO 22/15.
Expiratory valve control connection
This is the connection for the tube that pilots inflation and
deflation of the expiratory valve diaphragm. It controls the
PEEP level during the expiratory phase.
