of each loaf vary?

aroma. Why?
The kneading paddle comes
out together with the bread.
The bread has fl oured
corners.

doubled?
Can fresh milk also be used
instead of milk powder?
Answer
The height and shape of each loaf of bread
may differ depending on the ingredients, room
temperature and time setting. The exact weighing
of the ingredients is essential for the production of
delicious bread.
It is possible that stale ingredients or too much
yeast were used. Always use fresh ingredients. The
exact weighing of the ingredients is essential for the
production of delicious bread.
This can happen, as kneading paddle is detachable.
Use the paddle removal key or a nonmetal utensil to
remove it.
CAUTION:
Risk of burns! The kneading paddle
is very hot. Allow the bread to cool
before removing the kneading
paddle.
It can sometimes happen that the fl our in the corners
of the bread pan is not completely kneaded under
the dough. Scrape it off with a knife. The next time,
after 10 minutes of the kneading cycle, check that the
fl our has been completely lifted under. If not, use a
rubber spatula to remove the fl our from the sides of
the bread pan so it can be lifted under the dough.
NO. If there is too little dough in the bread pan, the
kneading paddle cannot knead it well enough. If
there is too much dough in the bread pan, the bread
will rise beyond the bread pan.
YES. Make sure that you reduce the amount of
water accordingly so that the total amount of liquid
is not changed. When using delayed baking time for
baking, the use of fresh milk is not recommended as it
may spoil if left in the bread pan to long.
