5.3. Connecting the light
1. Feed the light cable through the cable gland b into the connection area
for 230 V/400 V f.
2. Connect the light cable to the terminal strip d in accordance with the terminal
diagram. Observe the operating instructions for the appliance concerned.

1. Feed the light cable through the cable gland b into the connection area
for 230 V/400 V f.

diagram. Observe the operating instructions for the appliance concerned.
5.5. Connecting additional output (optional, only Pro D2i/Pro D3i)
The additional output can, for example, be used for an infra-red lamp or infra-red
heater panels.
1. Feed the connection cable for the additional device through the cable gland 7
into the connection area for 230 V/400 V f.
2. Connect the power supply cables to the terminal strip c in accordance
with the terminal diagram. Observe the operating instructions and safety
instructions for the appliance concerned.
WARNING!
Risk of fire
The additional output has no overheat cut-out. For this reason, only
intrinsically safe devices should be operated using the additional output.
● If infra-red heaters are connected to the additional output, they must
have an overheat cut-out.
● If infra-red heater panels are connected to an additional output, the
foil sensor 1-014-445/P-ISX-FF must be used and activated on the
technician menu (see "Activating/deactivating foil sensor (only
Pro D2i/Pro D3i)" on page 40).
