Attention
To reduce the risk of an accident, the rider
should only resume the stored cruising speed if it is
suitable for the road, traffic and weather conditions.
Failure to comply with this warning may increase the
risk of accident and/or injury
Override
The rider can temporarily override the stored cruising
speed by manually accelerating using the throttle. If
this occurs, the ACC temporarily stops controlling
the speed of the motorcycle. If this occurs while
remaining below 180 km/h (112 mph), once the
throttle is released, the ACC will resume the
previously set speed control on its own.
Attention
During override, the ACC control of the
distance maintained from the vehicle ahead of the
motorcycle is temporarily suspended in favor of
manual throttle control by the rider.
The rider is always responsible for compliance with
the speed limits and, more generally, the laws in
force in the country in which s/he is riding, as well as
for the way the motorcycle is ridden.
