Adjusting the track on the front axle:
The toe-in/toe-out of the front axle can be achieved by ro-
tating the track-rod arm (A). Since this has a left and right
thread each, you do not need to remove it for performing
the adjustment.
Aways rotate both track-rod arms evenly (left and right
B
front wheel), otherwise you will need to adjust the trim-
ming on the transmitter (or even the activation through the
A
steering servo by adjusting the servo rod).
The deflection angle (B) and the axle journal (C) have
several attachment points for the track-rod arm; these
C
are used to change the steering angle of the front wheel
(Ackermann steer angle).
The manufacturer has already made the optimum adjust-
ment, so you should not modify the mounting points (B)
and (C).
Adjusting the track on the rear axle:
The track adjustment of the vehicle's rear axle is fixed and cannot be set.
c) Mechanical lowering
For the lowering of the chassis, there is the possibility of
mechanically limiting the rebound stop.
For this purpose, there is an adjustable small screw in
each of the four lower transversal arms.
If the headless screw is screwed further in, the transver-
sal arm cannot rebound as wide, whereby the chassis is
lowered.
To prevent contact with the chassiswhenlowering, also the
shock absorbers should be adjusted accordingly, more
robust.
