INDIVIDUAZIONE DEGLI INCONVENIENTI
DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Il seguente elenco di eventuali inconvenienti
di funzionamento serve, in linea generale, per
individuare la loro origine.
Il motore non si avvia:
- Inadeguata tecnica d'avviamento
- Serbatoio carburante vuoto
- Candela sporca
- Carburatore ingolfato; vedi "Avviamento
Motore" (Pag. 50)
- La candela non dà scintilla
Il motore stenta ad avviarsi:
- Candela in cattive condizioni o sporca
- Il carburatore può essere sporco
Il motore parte ma il funzionamento é
irregolare:
- Candela in cattive condizioni o sporca
- Distanza elettrodi candela non adeguata

- avoid covering too many miles without
stopping;
- NEVER drive down-slope with IDLE
GEARBOX, but go into gear using the
engine as a brake thus avoiding the quick
wear of pads.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The following check list will be helpful in
locating most operating troubles.
Engine fails to start:
- Improper starting technique
- Fuel tank empty
- Fouled spark plug
- Carburettor flooded (See "Engine Starting"
page 50)
- No ignition spark
Engine starts but with difficulty:
- Spark plug in bad condition or partially
fouled
- The carburettor is dirty
Engine starts but runs irregularly:
- Spark plug in bad condition or partially
fouled
- Incorrect spark plug gap
- éviter d'effectuer long parcours sans haltes;
- en pente, ne JAMAIS conduire avec BOITE
DE VITESSES AU POINT MORT, mais
passer un rapport pour utiliser l'action de
freinage du moteur en évitant par
conséquent l'usure rapide des pastilles.
REPERAGE DES INCONVENIENTS DE
FONCTIONNEMENT
La liste suivante présente les possibles
inconvénients de fonctionnement et sert à
repérer leur origine.
Le moteur ne démarre pas:
- Démarrage incorrect
- Réservoir d'essence vide
- Bougie encrassée
- Carburateur noyé; voir "Démarrage Moteur"
(page 50)
- La bougie ne donne aucune étincelle
Le moteur à du mal à démarrer:
- Bougie en mauvaise condition ou
encrassée
- Carburateur encrassé
Le moteur démarre mais a un
fonctionnement irrégulier:
- Bougie en mauvaise condition ou
encrassée
- Distance incorrecte des électrodes de la
bougie
