Deaeration
Unscrew the deaeration plug (12) and pump body and fill the
suction hose completely through the discharge outlet (10).
Tighten the connecting neck thread (6) and screw to the
discharge outlet (10). Secure then the open end of the
pressure hose (see the above-mentioned description).
Finally, tighten again the deaeration plug thread (12) and
screw on.
Start the engine and trigger the pumping gun. Repeat the
procedure if necessary!
Tip:
To avoid repeated deaeration, the tank with liquid must not be
sucked up to the bottom.
Important:
The pump is very sensitive when there are air
bubbles in the suction area. It is therefore important
to follow the instructions as much as possible to
prevent unnecessary problems.
The suction height of 2 m must not be exceeded.
The tank must not be sucked up to the bottom as the
entire deaeration process would have to be repeated.
The pump must not run against pressure for more
than 3 minutes.
Check the tightness of the hose clips.
Tighten well all thread joints.
Carefully fill the pump and suction hose
1.
The pump must be switched off immediately after
pumping!
2.
Never let the pump unattended during operation.
We do not guarantee for indirect damages!
To prevent the so-called siphon effect, the pump and
pressure hose must in principle be higher than the tank
with liquid.

with a damp cloth.
The pump does not require any special maintenance. The
suction and pressure tubes must always be free of any
foreign bodies and must always be kept clean.
Regularly check the hose clips and pressure hoses.

than 15 minutes.
Measures
1. Check the voltage and
ensure terminal tighting.
2. Check the connection
(red on plus, black on
minus)
3. Charge or replace the
battery.
1. Deaerate (see the
putting into operation
part)
2. Check the tightness of
the outlet hose. The
outlet hose must be fully
plunged in liquid and
must not have any
throttling places or
siphons. Keep the
maximum filling height.
1. Check the network
voltage
2. Remove the suction
tube and remove the
foreign body.
3. Let the pump cool
down and then start
again. Check whether the
mechanical seal has not
been damaged during
that time.
