4.3 Gate speed

A speed not adapted to the weight of the
gate could cause serious injury to users, for
example by being crushed by the gate. To meet
the requirements of standard EN 12453, it is
essential to comply with the field of application
constraints.

Field of application

Set the gate speed in accordance with the table below:
Gate weight
0 to <100 kg
100 to <200 kg
200 to <300 kg
300 to <400 kg
400 to 500 kg

Setting slow speed
