Safety grid
The grid can be used to hold all dishes and moulds
containing foodstuffs to be cooked or browned. It can be
used for barbecues (to be placed directly on the grid).
Multi-purpose 45 mm dish
When inserted in the supports under the grid, it collects juice
and fat from grilling, and can be used half-filled with water
as a double-boiler.
Rotisserie
The oven can be fitted with a roasting spit. To use it, place the standard
dish at level no. 1 to collect the cooking juices (or put it on the floor if
the item being roasted is too large), attach one of the forks onto the
spit, skewer the item to be roasted, attach the second fork, insert and
screw the two forks in place.
Put the spit in its cradle, push gently to engage the point of the spit
in the square fitting at the back of the oven, then remove the handle
by unscrewing it so that you can close the door. After cooking, screw
the handle back onto the spit so that you can take out the item being
roasted without burning yourself.
