TIPP: Für zügigeres arbeiten, kann hier mit Sekundenkleber gearbeitet werden. Vor endgültigem ver-
schließen der Tragfläche mit der oberen Beplankung müssen ALLE Klebestellen sorgfältig mit Weißleim
nachgeklebt werden!

Anschließend können nun alle Rippen (A1-A9)
gemäß Bauplan auf dem Hauptholm (A23)
verklebt werden. Ebenso die vordere (A14a) und
hintere (A24) Hilfsleiste welche die Rippen stabi-
lisieren. Der Bauplan als Unterlage erleichtert die
exakte Ausrichtung.
All ribs (A1-A9) can now be glued to the main
spar (A23) according to the plan. Also glue the
front (A14a) and rear (A24) auxiliary ribs which
stabilize the ribs. The building plan as a base
facilitates the exact alignment.
Ensuite, toutes les nervures (A1-A9) peuvent être
collées au longeron principal (A23) selon le plan.

(A14a) et arrière (A24) qui stabilisent les nervures.

TIPP: Alternativ kann sofort auf der Bauhelling und der darunter fertig zugeschnittenen unteren Balsabe-
plankung , Holm und Rippen angeklebt werden. Dazu ist die Position der Rippen und des Holmes auf die
Beplankung vom Bauplan zu übertragen bzw. kann durch die in der Bauhelling vorhanden Markierungs-
bohrungen für Rippen und Holm auf die Beplankung übertragen werden.
TIP: You can also glue the spar and ribs immediately to the building slipway and the lower balsa planking
cut to size below it. To do this, transfer the position of the ribs and spar to the planking from the construction
plan or transfer them to the planking through the marking holes for ribs and spar in the construction slipway.
CONSEIL: Une autre solution consiste à coller immédiatement le longeron et les nervures sur la cale de
construction et à couper la planche inférieure en balsa en dessous. Pour ce faire, reportez la position des
nervures et du longeron sur la planche à partir du plan de construction ou reportez-les sur le bordé à tra-
vers les trous de marquage des nervures et du longeron dans la cale de construction.

Anschließend kann die zuvor grob nach Plan
vorgeschnittene (mit kleinem Übermaß) untere
Balsabeplankung (A15) aufgeklebt werden. Hierfür ist die
in Punkt 26 erwähnte Bauhelling von Vorteil da somit eine
gerade Auflage der kompletten Tragfläche möglich ist.
Then the lower balsa planking (A15), which has
been roughly pre-cut according to the plan (with
a small oversize), can be glued in place. The construc-
tion slipway mentioned in point 26 is advantageous
for this purpose, since it allows the entire wing to be
supported straight.
Ensuite, la planche inférieure en balsa (A15), qui
a été grossièrement prédécoupé selon le plan

sichtlich und schneiden in die Beplankung eine Öffnung,
exakt im Ausmaß des Rahmens.
Now glue the two servo mounts (A13) between
the ribs at the position shown in the plan. Before
doing so, glue the reinforcing frame (A12) as shown in
step # 30 and cut an opening in the planking exactly the
same size as the frame.
Coller maintenant les deux supports de servo
(A13) entre les nervures à la position indiquée sur
le plan. Avant de procéder à cette opération, collez le
cadre de renfort (A12) comme indiqué à l'étape n° 30
et découpez une ouverture dans la planche exacte-
ment de la même taille que le cadre.
