The procedure can now begin.
•
Traction can be adjusted by rotating the blue traction collar on the traction
accessory (Figure 4A).
•
Supination and pronation can be adjusted by releasing the black rotation
cam on the traction accessory, rotating the arm to the desired position, then
locking the black rotation cam on the traction accessory (Figure 4B).

Cleaning/Sterilization
Cleaning Point of Use
•
Discard disposable components and wipe entire wrist tower, wrist
arthroscopy accessory, traction accessory, and wrist plate with mild
detergent/disinfectant following each case.
Disassembly Prior to Cleaning/Sterilization
•
Fully disassemble the wrist tower. Separate the wrist plate from the wrist
arthroscopy accessory. Separate the T-screws from the post clamps.
Cleaning/Sterilization
•
Autoclave the wrist tower components, wrist arthroscopy accessory,
traction accessory, and the wrist plate according to the Smith & Nephew
Cleaning and Sterilization Instructions (document number 79-99-04).
