NOTE!
Whether there are problems or
not, remove the bending group
shaft once a week to clean the
socket and to lightly lubricate the
walls of the socket with anti-seize
lubricant to prevent the shaft from
seizing up.
Create a ring of grease around the
shaft to prevent calamine dust from
getting inside.
7 - CHECKING THE BENDING
PIN
(EVERY 8 WORK HOURS)
Check that the outer ring of the
bending pin turns freely,
otherwise operate as follows:
a - Unscrew the bending pin
and remove.
b - Clean the housings with a
cloth,
then
everything in reverse order.
NOTA !
In ogni caso estrarre l'albero
portamandrini una volta alla
settimana per effettuare una
accurata pulizia della sede
dell'albero ed una leggera
lubrificazione antigrippaggio delle
pareti onde evitare possibili
bloccaggi dell'albero stesso.
Creare un anello di grasso attorno
al perno centrale per impedire che
la calamina penetri internamente.
7 - VERIFICA DEL PERNO
PIEGANTE
(OGNI 8 ORE DI LAVORO)
Verificare che l'anello esterno
del perno piegante ruoti
liberamentealtrimenti operare
come segue:
a - Svitare il perno piegante
ed estrarlo.
b - Pulire le sedi con una
remount
pezza, quindi rimontare il
tutto
maniera inversa.
