SETTING UP
Normally, the first assembly of the
machine is carried out directly by
the manufacturer, alternatively
assemble all the machine parts
using companies specialised in
assembly of industrial machines
and using suitable hoisting and
transport equipment.
WARNING !
During the assembly operations,
carefully observe the "Safety
regulations for transport and
handling".
CAUTION!
Given the complexity of the
machine, qualified technical staff
of Schnell must be present at
installation.
NOTE!
It is important that the wires coming
off the pay-off spindles be lined up
with the straightener as shown in
the diagram.
POSA IN OPERA
Solitamente il primo montaggio
della macchina viene effettuato
direttamente
da
parte
Costruttore,
in
alternativa
effettuare il montaggio di tutte le
parti della macchina utilizzando
aziende
specializzate
montaggio di macchine industriali
e con l'utilizzo di idonei apparecchi
di sollevamento e trasporto.

Osservare attentamente, durante
le operazioni di montaggio le
"Norme di sicurezza per il trasporto
e la movimentazione".
AVVERTENZA !
Vista la complessità della
macchina,si richiede per il
montaggio, la presenza del
personale tecnico qualificato
Schnell.
NOTA !
E' importante che i tondini in uscita
dagli aspi siano allineati con il
raddrizzatore come rappresentato
nello schema.
