Tips
¡ Pieces of meat that are less than
3 cm in size can be fried covered
and without the measuring cup.
Use the stirrer to stir the meat.
¡ Large pieces of meat can be fried
uncovered. You can use the spat-
ula or tongs to turn the food.
¡ Fry the meat first and then the ve-
getables.
¡ Fry food that requires a higher
temperature first.
¡ If lumps form, break them up with
the spatula.
Note: If you are frying with the lid off,
you cannot use the stirrer.
