21 Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshoot-
ing information before contacting after-sales service. This will avoid unneces-
sary costs.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
Incorrect repairs are dangerous.
Repairs to the appliance should only be carried out by trained specialist

Only use genuine spare parts when repairing the appliance.

If the power cord of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, the manufacturer's Customer Service or a similarly qualified
person in order to prevent any risk.
Fault
The appliance is not
working.
Appliance cannot be
switched on or star-
ted.
After reconnection to

Touch display does
not respond to inputs.

Cause and troubleshooting
Appliance has no power supply.
Check whether your appliance is supplied with

power.
button does not respond.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply for

approx. 5 seconds and then reconnect it again.
Loading the systems for the first time takes longer
than when starting the appliance from standby.
Wait until the process has finished.

Tip: Leave the appliance connected to the power sup-
ply.
Touch display is too wet.
Dry the touch display with a soft cloth.

Touch display is soiled.
Clean the touch display.

Tip: You can use the keylock for wipe protection.
