If needed, add drinking water to the Steam Tank through a jug or directly from the sink. Do
not exceed the maximum level of water indicated inside the tank.

Push the Steam Tank to close it.

Place the food in the oven and press

Press the temperature indicated next to "Main Programs" on the carousel. Scroll horizontally to se-
lect the desired temperature. Press

to confirm your choice.
