4. OPERATION OF PRODUCT
4.1. HOW THE PRODUCT WORKS
SWITCHING ON/OFF THE OVEN
To switch the oven ON/OFF, long press the ON/OFF button.
SET COOKING FUNCTION
To select a cooking function, press "Main Programs" from the Home carousel menu. Scroll the carou-
sel horizontally until you reach the desired function. Press
to start cooking at the default temper-
ature for the selected cooking function.
How to use the Steam Tank for steam cooking programs
After selecting the steam cooking program, if the Steam Tank is missing or open, a pop-up message
will appear to prompt you to insert it or close it. If the Steam Tank is empty, a pop-up message will
appear on the display to notify you to fill it with water. Proceed as follows:

Slightly press the Steam Tank to open it.
