Setting procedure
1. Press the CLOCK button for about a second to
jud start the clock setting procedure.

2. Press the [+] ог [-] TRACKING/V-LOCK button to
set the year, and then press the NEXT button.
3. Press the [+] or [-] TRACKING/V-LOCK button to
set the month, and then press the NEXT button.
