OSD command
Each time the OSD command is sent, the speed is changed in the negative (+) direction by one
setting.
Leave an interval of at least 150ms before sending this command for the second and
subsequent times.
When the maximum negative speed (-9x normal speed) is reached, the
speed cannot be changed any further.
