speed search mode. The search time
is reduced since the search is
performed at high speed by FF or
REW but the search accuracy
deteriorates slightly. If the search
must be done accurately, use the
following SMF command. When this
command is sent once, the COARSE
mode is retained by the VTR until the
SMF command is sent. SMC is the
default setting. |
This command is for setting the mode
in which search is conducted by the [STX] SMF [ETX] [STX] SMF [ETX]
SCP or SCS command to the high-
accuracy mode. The speed of the
shuttle search is controlled in
accordance with the distance to the
target, and the search is conducted
with an accuracy of +1 frame. When
this command is sent once, the FINE
mode is retained by the VTR until the
SMC command is sent.
This command searches for the [STX] SCP : 000
position specified by data, and ООСОО [ETX] [STX] SCP [ETX]
establishes the play mode upon
completion of the search. The search | Counter data
