7.5 Hydraulic system

Connection to the hydraulic system and the
system itself must be performed by qualified
personnel, in compliance with the laws and reg-
ulations in force in the country of installation.
The stove is supplied with everything needed for
installation to the heating system.
In order to always guarantee high efficiency and
durability of the product, it is advisable to use a
softener in the presence of hard water (18-30°F).
Add technical water with algae if necessary.

Hydraulic connections

After positioning the stove it is necessary to:
• connect the two pipes for delivery and return
between the fixed support and the stove boiler;
• connect the stove to the heating system
through the delivery and return pipes (A and B);
• load the system from the filling tap (E) to an
operating pressure of 1.2 bar, checking the
pressure on the pressure gauge;

• check that all the fittings are perfectly sealed;
• make sure that any air present in the boiler has
been vented through the vent valve (H) posi-
tioned in the upper part of the stove;
• connect the safety valve (G) to the waste dis-
charge drain (E);
• After connecting the power supply and the dis-
play, close the stove by sliding it on its guides,
making sure that the flexible pipes are retracted
inside the relevant recess and that the electri-
cal cables are positioned in an orderly manner.
