Use as a cooker

Getting ready for use
D Do not knock containers or vessels against
the drain, there is a risk of damage.
. Close the drain tap.
Close
Open
If Gastronorm containers are not used or the
containers are not fitted:
D Containers must not be placed on the heat­
ing elements.
. Insert the perforated trivet the right way
round - Ensure that the cut-out is over the
heating element.
Filling the tank
CAUTION! Water can boil over. Note
the water fill level. Do not fill above the fill level
mark.
Manual regulation of the water supply: The
filling process must be monitored and switched
off by hand.
D To speed up the heating-up time: fill with hot
water and cover the tank while it is heating.
. Swivel the water supply pipe over the tank.
. Open the water supply tap.
. Open the water tap - turn the lever to the
left.
. Close water tap as soon as the fill level is
reached - turn lever to the right.
