Commissioning

. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean with a cleaning product that dissolves
grease.
. Dry cleaned parts and surfaces with a soft cloth.

Use as pasta cooker

E.g. cooking fresh or precooked pasta in perforated containers/baskets. Use only SALVIS's
special bulk baskets and portion baskets. These are designed for the tank.

. Close the drain tap.

If the baskets are not fitted:
D Containers must not be placed on the heat­
ing elements.
. Insert the perforated trivet the right way
round - Ensure that the cut-out is over the
heating element.
. Insert an overflow pipe as necessary - for
notes on use see page 24 section 4.3.
