Initial commissioning
. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean with a cleaning product that dissolves
grease.

. Frying surface
− heat to approximately 100°C,
− clean with water, some vinegar cleaner and a washing-up brush,
− rub dry with a fluff-free cloth,
− apply food quality maintenance emulsion and distribute it evenly using a paper towel (kit
chen roll).
