. Close the drain tap.

If Gastronorm-containers are not used or if the
containers are not suspended:
. Insert the perforated trivet.
D Containers must not be placed on the heat

CAUTION. Note the water fill level. Do
not fill higher than to the filling level mark!
D To speed up the heating-up time: fill with hot
water and cover the tank while it is heating.
. Fill the tank with water.
