Use as water bath

e.g. keeping foods like soups, vegetables, potatoes and sauces warm in closed containers.

Getting ready for use
. Close the drain tap.
Close
Open
If Gastronorm containers are not used or the
containers are not fitted:
. Insert the perforated trivet.
D Containers must not be placed on the heat­
ing elements.
. Swivel the water supply pipe over the tank.
Filling the tank
. Open the water supply tap.
. Open the water tap - turn the lever to the
left.
D Note the water fill level.
− The containers must be in contact with
the water.
D To speed up the heating-up time: Fill with
hot water and cover the tank while it is heat­
ing.
D Check the water level regularly while the ap­
pliance is in use and top up with water as
necessary.
. Close water tap as soon as the fill level is
reached - turn lever to the right.
