Instructions for using the induction range

D Observe the safety notes, see page18 section1.
D Only place cookware and bakeware on the clean ceramic surface.
D Only use stainless steel pots that are suitable for induction ranges and have a thick, smooth
base and with a diameter of at least 120 mm.
D Use high-sided pots for dishes with lots of liquid to prevent them boiling over.
D Close pots with lids if the cooking process permits.
D Only use lower heat settings to keep food warm or to melt fat or butter.
D The heat output depends on the composition and size of the cookware.
D Do not reduce the heat by moving the pot but by using the rotary switch.
D After removing the pot, turn the relevant rotary switch to "0".
D In order to avoid damage to the appliance, do not push the cookware across the ceramic
surface or allow it to stand on the surrounding silicone seal.
