Conduit Locations and Sizing
Use appropriate strain relief or conduit connectors. Close any
open conduit holes before finishing installation.
Frame 2:
1.
Incoming power supply—Knockout = 1.13 in. (28.7 mm),
Knockout = 1.38 in. (35.0 mm)
2. Power output to motor—Hole = 1.73 in (44.0 mm),
Knockout = 1.98 in. (50.4 mm)
3. Control wiring (transducer/sensor) input—Hole = 0.5 in.
(12.7 mm), two Knockouts = 0.5 in. (12.7 mm). Tighten
the seal nut to 25-30 in-lbs (2.8-3.4 Nm) and locking
nut to 15-20 in-lbs (1.7-2.2 Nm).
4. Optional cabling for auxiliary controls— two Knockouts
= 0.88 in. (22.2 mm)
Frame 3:
1.
Incoming power supply—Knockout = 1.37 in. (34.9 mm),
Knockout = 1.73 in. (44 mm)
2. Power output to motor—Hole = 1.98 in (50.4 mm), Knockout = 2.47 in. (62.7 mm)
3. Control wiring (transducer/sensor) input—Hole = 0.5 in. (12.7 mm), two Knockouts = 0.5 in. (12.7 mm)
Tighten the seal nut to 25-30 in-lbs (2.8-3.4 Nm) and locking nut to 15-20 in-lbs (1.7-2.2 Nm).
4. Optional cabling for auxiliary controls—two Knockouts = 0.88 in. (22.2 mm)
